Responsibilities :
– Providing information to customers
Handling customer inquiries and solving problems of customers concerning products and services via the telephone
– Follow-up and coordinate with related departments to solve customers’ problem
Requirements :
– Male or Female
– Thai Nationality
– Available to work as a shift 5 days/week( Working Monday -Friday at time 09.00-18.00 )
– Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
– 1-2 years experience in Customer Services or Call Center areaswill be an advantage
– Service-minded, good personality, interpersonal and communication skill
– Good command of spoken Japanese is a must (Pass Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level At least N3)
